Title : Unlocking the therapeutic potential of olive pomace: Innovations in extraction, applications in medicine, and sustainable resource valorization

Abstract:

In the constant quest for sustainable solutions in medicine and the exploration of the benefits of natural resources, my research focuses on the valorization of olive pomace. Emphasizing their bioactive compounds such as polyphenols, flavonoids, and fatty acids, this study employs innovative extraction techniques, followed by in-depth analyses, to comprehensively characterize the composition of the extracts. The results highlight the therapeutic potential of olive pomace, underscoring its significance as a valuable source of health-beneficial compounds. This approach contributes to the recognition of underestimated natural resources and opens new perspectives in traditional medicine and pharmaceutical research, offering opportunities for sustainable development and health promotion through judicious use of natural resources.
