Abstract:

Foeniculum vulgare (Apiaceae) is a famous plant with significant restorative and culinary significance. It is for the most part utilized in the treatment of illnesses related with stomach related and respiratory diseases. Other than its fruit are dry seeds which is utilized as enhancing flavours for meat, fish and drinks. Phytoconstituents of F. vulgare seed concentrates such as phenols and sweet-smelling subordinates have different physiochemical properties including ability to hinder the reproduction cycle of specific microscopic organisms. Subsequently this study was directed to decide the antibacterial property of Foeniculum vulgare seed separate against different pathogenic microscopic organism.

Biography:

Nida Tabassum khan is a Ph.D. scholar and Lecturer in the Department of Biotechnology and Informatics in Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Pakistan. She has participated in numerous national and international symposiums/seminars/scientific workshops/webinar and has published more than one hundred and sixty research papers as first author in various national/international double peer reviewed reputed journals. Her research background has been focused on different areas in the field of Nanobiotechnology, Fungal biotechnology, Microbial technology, Sustainable energy (Biofuels) /biopolymers, fabrication of novel nanomaterials and nanosafety.
