Title : The misunderstood individuals on the autism spectrum and how to help them with a multi-modality holistic process

Abstract:

Most children and adults with ASD diagnosis have a unique intelligence that we cannot yet quantify. They are different in the sense that they are right-brain dominant and are heart-centered. How can we help them live a fulfilling and meaningful life and enable them to share their gifts with humanity? A body of research on methods of healing for the children and adults with the autism spectrum diagnosis will be presented. These special people, need a multi- modality approach. Their healing will be achieved through a process of self-care and inner development which will allow them to heal and creatively express themselves. When we target the different sensory, auditory, and tactile connections within the person, we are able to really see results. The process entails homeopathy, color, sound, vibrational therapy, anything sonic, anything that is kinesthetic and somatic, and creative space alignment. Classical Homeopathy is a holistic method that works on the many and varied root causes of autism and goes far beyond attempts to detox or eliminate particular symptoms. All these modalities have to be integrated - not experienced separately. Their healing will need the involvement of their entire community: parents, researchers, teachers, schools and families where a support system for these children can be created. This kind of network can produce a coherent and supportive eco-system.
