Title : Role of traditional herbal medicine in boosting immunity: Clinical observations from fareedia herbal clinic, Lahore
Abstract:
The immune system plays a vital role in maintaining overall health and protecting the body against infections. In recent years, there has been growing interest in herbal medicine as a natural way to enhance immunity. This study presents clinical observations from Fareedia Herbal Clinic in Lahore, Pakistan, focusing on the use of traditional herbal formulations to strengthen immune response. Patients who used herbal tonics containing ingredients such as ashwagandha, tulsi, and amla showed noticeable improvement in energy levels and resistance to seasonal illnesses. The findings suggest that traditional herbal medicine can be an effective complementary approach to modern healthcare in supporting immune function.
