Abstract:
Professor Huang Hongxing ' s research group has been committed to the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine for a long time. He first proposed the theory of spleen and kidney — musculoskeletal — mitochondria, which has been gradually improved by relevant studies over the years. In this paper, the relationship among spleen, kidney , musculoskeletal and mitochondria was clarified by sorting out relevant data, and the core content of the theory was refined: osteoporosis is closely related to spleen, kidney, mitochondria and musculoskeletal; The basic content of the theory of spleen and kidney — musculoskeletal — mitochondria includes two core contents: spleen and kidney share musculoskeletal and mitochondrial function is connectedl with spleen and kidney. The theory of spleen-kidney-musculobone-mitochondria is developed by combining the 'spleen-kidney correlation' spleen-main muscle " and ' 'kidney-main bone ' in Traditional Chinese medicine with the mitochondrial function in modern biology. It makes full use of the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine and plays an important role in the practical application of osteoporosis prevention and treatment. In this paper, the evolution, development and application of the theory are introduced to provide experimental research and clinical application materials for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
