Biography:
Dr. Seo-Young Kim is Director of the Nubebe Obesity Research Institute in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and an adjunct professor at the College of Korean Medicine, Kyung Hee University, where she earned her MSc and PhD. She has published more than twenty papers on obesity, spanning herbal pharmacotherapy, acupuncture, behavioural intervention and machine-learning prediction of treatment response, including first-authored work in Obesity Reviews and further SCI-indexed studies in Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy, the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Frontiers in Endocrinology. She serves as a peer reviewer for BMJ Open.
