Dr. Drakshayani N. Benni, MD (Ayurveda), is Professor and Head of the Department of Dravyaguna at Nootan Ayurvedic College & Research Centre, Sankalchand Patel University, Gujarat, India. Her research focuses on medicinal plant science, evidence-based Ayurveda, sustainable agriculture, Ayurvedic plant protection, seed technology, gut microbiome studies, and AI-driven personalized healthcare. She has extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration and has presented and published her work at national and international forums. Her work emphasizes integrating traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern scientific approaches to advance healthcare, agriculture, and innovation.
