Title : Which strategies of collaboration between modern medicine traditional medicine?

Traditional medicine has long worked wonders. It is based on the use of natural products including local plants. Many patients, particularly in Africa, have had their ailments relieved thanks to this medicine. Researches are focusing more and more on plants according the World Health Organization, but away in the cupboards or the means non-existent in the pursuit of studies or even collaboration between modern medicine and traditional medicine insincerity. We must therefore establish trust between these practitioners of these two important medicines.

Should not the guarantors of traditional medicine, especially traditional healers, be more involved in research work? They do not deserve to be put more in confidence for a productive collaboration? Certainly yes, because in Africa they always feel sidelined and betrayed as soon as they reveal a recipe. Through this conference, we think of giving certain strategies of collaboration between ancient medicine and modern medicine for quality research work leading to improved traditional medicines which can relieve populations. The public will become aware of certain difficulties in plant research and will have some solutions. The latter should help to clean up the environment of traditional medicine and contribute not only to more accessibility but also to a successful production of drugs from the source with less difficulty.
